Lawyers wishing to apply for positions with C&T may submit a letter and resume at any time. C&T does not have a fixed recruiting season.

C&T seeks qualified candidates for positions at several levels:

	Thai law school graduates for work in our corporate department. Candidates should have excellent academic records, satisfactory TOEFL scores, and the intention to continue their legal studies at the LL.M. level in Thailand or abroad.
	Thai lawyers returning from LL.M. programs abroad, for junior associate positions in which they will assist senior lawyers in a wide range of business transactions.
	Thai lawyers with relevant experience in government, industry or international practice, for senior associate positions in project finance, M&A, restructuring or other specialties.

A normal hiring procedure involves completing an application form, interviews with all partners and completion of an English translation exercise.

Compensation and other benefits offered are competitive in the Bangkok market.

The firm offers career opportunities for lawyers interested in challenging and complex business transactions, often involving foreign parties and foreign law. Our lawyers work on project teams with foreign lawyers from major international law firms. The firm places importance on continuing legal education, and developing international practice skills.

The firm has a policy of sponsoring at all times at least one associate in a LL.M. program in the USA. Qualified associates have the opportunity of temporary assignments in the USA with a leading international law firm.
