sponsors, project companies, lenders and EPC contractors in several IPPs
and SPPs, 1995-present; bidders for the acquisition of
shares in two SPPs, 1998; project sponsors and project company in two
petrochemical projects, 1996 - 2004; investors in significant
acquisitions in other infrastructure projects, 2005-present; and several major and
independent petroleum companies in the acquisition, construction and restructuring of
assets, 1994 - present.
Represented private and public
companies and financial institutions on commercial, corporate,
financing, regulatory and tax aspects of the structuring, establishment
and operation of their business activities, including joint ventures,
mergers and acquisitions, debt restructurings and work outs, project
financings and secured transactions and privatization, in
agro-industrial projects, banking, construction, insurance, hotel,
infrastructure (power, transportation and water) and manufacturing
projects, mining and petroleum exploration and production, technical
services and licensing and trade transactions.
