Experience with eight gas-fired power projects in
Thailand: IPT, Tri-Energy, Eastern, Ratchaburi Power, Bowin (refinancing),
EGCO, KEGCO and REGCO, four Lao PDR hydroelectric power project
financings: THPC, HHPC, NT-2 and NN-2; and four coal-fired power projects
in Thailand: Gulf Power (Bo Nok) (first phase), Union Power (Hin Krut)
(first phase), COCO 3, and BLCP Power.
Member of Chulalongkorn Law Faculty’s project teams
advising Thai Ministry of Energy re 2003/4 energy law reform program and
2004/6 petroleum legislation reform project.
Representation of PTT and its subsidiaries on specific
